1. Agreement to Terms

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
• Uninterrupted or secure access to Services

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Growth Engine Labs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• With 30 days' written notice for convenience
• Immediately upon material breach that is not cured within 14 days
• Immediately if required by law or if the other party becomes insolvent

Upon termination, your right to access the Services will cease. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court. You agree to waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Miscellaneous
